Spencer Frey is a professional recruiter currently employed at Insight Global since June 2021, where responsibilities include roles as a healthcare recruiter and general recruiter within an industry-leading talent solutions firm. Prior to Insight Global, Spencer gained experience as a tax intern at Caxton Alternative Management from April 2019 to March 2021 and developed sales skills as a sales associate and on-call store manager at Universal Lacrosse between December 2016 and January 2018. Additionally, Spencer has been a caddy at Fairmount Country Club since April 2014, receiving the NJSGA Caddy Scholarship and being recommended for the Chick Evans Memorial Scholarship, with over 500 completed loops. Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2021.
