Robert Older has accumulated over 20 years of work experience in the software engineering and product engineering fields. Robert began their career in 1992 as a Senior Architecture Specialist and Consultant for Unisys (Blue Bell). In 1997, they moved to Lotus Development as a Sr. Software Engineer. Robert then worked as a Consultant for HAZOX Inc. and Morecom, Inc. from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they began working as a Sr. Software Engineer for Infinicon Systems. Since 2004, they have been employed as a Sr. Software Engineer and Product Engineering Manager at Fairmount Automation.

Robert Older attended Drexel University from 1984 to 1989, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
