Ricardo Anglada-Diaz is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ricardo was the Chef/Owner at Nam Pla Street Food Co. from January 2015 to December 2022. Further career highlights include positions as Chef de Cuisine at Café Martinique, Boqueria in NYC, and Boca, Tapas and Wine in Hong Kong and Macau, along with experience as Chef de Partie at Jean Georges and Spice Market. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of New York City and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Puerto Rico. Ricardo also holds a High School Diploma from Caribbean Preparatory School.
