Jacob Chung is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Executive Meetings Manager and Fairmont Gold Specialist on the Opening Team at Fairmont Century Plaza since September 2022. Skilled in high-quality guest service, Jacob has previously worked as a server at various establishments, including All That Shabu and MOO BBQ, where responsibilities included managing multiple tables and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a co-founder of DC Detailing, Jacob has developed a small detailing company, enhancing vehicle appearance through meticulous work. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from California State University, Long Beach, completed in 2023.
