Suraj Manikundalam has a diverse work experience spanning over 8 years. In 2022, they joined Fairmatic as the Head of Growth Product. Prior to that, they were with Homeward as the Growth Product Lead from 2020 to 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they were with Opendoor as the Product & Ops. From 2016 to 2019, they were with Zendrive as the Office of the CEO, Director of Product Management - Insurance, and Insurance Product Manager. From 2013 to 2016, they were with Accenture as a Strategy Consultant and Strategy Senior Analyst. During their time at Accenture, they performed supply and demand-side research and analysis to define 5 high-impact vertical segments for a SaaS ERP company, built vertical-specific ROI calculators to be used as sales collateral by field sales teams in support of a $200M+ pipeline, crafted a business case to identify high-value strategic partnership candidates for Accenture, authored a product marketing playbook outlining methodologies for market research, addressable market sizing, competitive positioning, buyer value analysis, win/loss analysis, and quantifying value propositions, and defined the Year 1 Strategic Plan for a partnership between Accenture and a global semiconductor company. Additionally, they created propensity-to-buy and spend potential models to identify and prioritize target geographies, verticals, and accounts to support European expansion strategy for a Chinese telecom company, interviewed network data and legal SMEs at a Payments company to create a network data map, and co-authored Accenture's Talent Growth Initiative. From 2013 to 2013, they were with Volusion as the Corporate Development. Suraj also co-founded the Bay Area Men's Resource Group, growing membership to 1,000+ in 6 months.
