Abid Shaik has been working in the software engineering field since 2014. Abid began their career as an Intern at Amazon in 2014, followed by a role as a UI Developer at Freshworks Inc. (formerly Freshdesk) in 2016. In 2018, Abid moved to AnswerIQ as a Software Engineer, Frontend. In 2019, they joined ThoughtSpot as a Member Of Technical Staff, and most recently in 2022, they took on a role as Senior Software Engineer at Fairmatic.

Abid Shaik completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada in 2014. Abid began their studies in 2010.
