Mark Tidwell currently serves as Executive Vice President for People and Culture at both The OccuNet Company and Fairly Group since July 2017. Prior to these roles, Mark was the Executive Minister at Oak Hills Church from September 2006 to June 2017 and served as a Career Aviator in the United States Air Force for two decades, from September 1986 to September 2006. Mark began their professional career as a Campus Minister at University Church of Christ from May 1984 to September 1986. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Theology/Biblical Studies from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from West Texas A&M University.
