Umang Shah has extensive experience in the construction and estimating sectors, currently serving as the Sales Estimating Team Leader at Fairhaven Homes since September 2013. Previous roles include Senior Sales Estimator and Sales Estimator at Fairhaven Homes, and Estimator at Hermitage Properties Pty Ltd from November 2007 to September 2013, where responsibilities included preparation of Bill of Quantities and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors. Further experience includes working as an Assistant Site Manager at Lorne Bay Pty Ltd and as a Technical Officer at Sanghi Industries Ltd, providing technical services and guidance on concrete use. Umang Shah holds a Diploma in Project Management and various certifications in occupational health and safety, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Gujarat University and L.D. College of Engineering.
