Yolehema Felican, MSW, is an accomplished professional in student diversity and multicultural affairs, currently serving as the Director of Student Diversity and Multicultural Affairs at Fairfield University since September 2018. Yolehema has a diverse background in academic counseling, therapeutic support, and mentoring, having previously held positions such as Associate Director of Student Diversity and Multicultural Affairs and Academic Counselor at Fairfield University, and Therapeutic Staff Support at All Pointe Care, LLC. With experience in various educational and social service roles, including serving as a site supervisor at the Bridgeport Public Education Fund and interning in clinical social work, Yolehema possesses a strong foundation in providing support to students and families. Yolehema holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Fairfield University.
