Frank Pomer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in tax and trade compliance. Currently serving as Board Chair for the Fairfield Theatre Company since January 2023, Frank has held the role of Vice President of Tax & Trade Compliance at Boehringer Ingelheim from October 1997 until October 2024. Frank's career also includes positions as Tax Manager at GTE Corporation from 1991 to 1997 and Attorney at Cummings & Lockwood from 1988 to 1991. Frank earned a J.D. degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University between 1984 and 1988, and a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University from 1977 to 1981.
