Melinda Hite currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Fairfield Property Management since August 2024. Previously, Melinda held the position of Director of PM Compliance at Darwin Homes from January 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading various teams focused on risk assessment and legal services. Melinda's experience includes serving as the Senior Compliance Manager and Director of Operations at Charlottesville Redevelopment & Housing Authority from January 2016 to April 2022, overseeing compliance for federally funded housing assistance programs. Additionally, Melinda managed property operations at Denstock LLC and executed program administration duties at Staunton Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Melinda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Liberty University, completing the degree in December 2015.
