Elaine Mintz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elaine has held various roles in different organizations.

Elaine'smost recent position was at Fairfield County's Community Foundation, where they served as the Vice President of Strategy and External Relations. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice President of Operations at the same organization.

Prior to joining Fairfield County's Community Foundation, Elaine worked at the Greater Danbury Nonprofit Resource Center as the Director of a capacity-building program for nonprofit organizations in Northern Fairfield County.

Elaine also worked as a Research and Training Consultant at The Baron Group and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Norwalk Community College, teaching courses in the Political Science Department.

In addition, Elaine has experience working in the public sector. Elaine served as a Research Consultant in the Justice Planning Division of the State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management. Elaine also worked as the Democratic Clerk for the Appropriations Committee of the Connecticut General Assembly.

Elaine Mintz attended the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Elaine later pursued a Master of Public Administration degree in Public Administration at the University of Connecticut from 1989 to 1990.
