Karen V. Reutzel is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate law. Currently serving at Fairfield and Woods, P.C. since July 2013, Karen focuses on the firm’s real estate department. Prior to this role, Karen practiced at Reutzel & Associates, LLC from April 2003 to July 2013, where the concentration was on land use and real estate, particularly in common interest community law, condominium law, and land use litigation and appeals. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law.
