Syed Sarwar is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Engineer II at Fairfax Water since April 2023. Previously, Syed held positions as a Project Manager at William A. Hazel Inc. from March 2021 to April 2023 and as a Project Engineer at Garney Construction from September 2016 to February 2021, overseeing projects valued at up to $7 million. Syed's expertise includes estimating, planning, and supervising water, wastewater, and stormwater projects across multiple municipalities in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
