Brendan Martin is a skilled Technology Architect and Manager of Analytics at Fairfax County Public Schools since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading data strategy transformation and coaching a development team in analytics. Previously, Brendan served as a Data Specialist, creating an On-Time Graduation Dashboard to enhance student support systems. Experience includes a tenure as a Strategic Data Project Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University, focused on policy impact and actionable data projects, and as an Engineering Teacher at Charlottesville City Schools, where a nationally-recognized STEM curriculum was developed. Brendan's early career includes roles as a mathematics teacher in both Windham Public Schools and Teach for America, along with internships in technology at Royal Bank of Scotland and Sikorsky Aircraft.
