Harteg Sandhu currently works as a Mental Health Technician at Fairfax Behavioral Health, where responsibilities include monitoring patients' emotional well-being, taking vital signs, leading group meetings, and documenting daily progress. Prior to this role, Harteg volunteered with LGBTQIA+ Student Services at Whitman College, facilitating community events and developing communications. Experience also includes a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher position at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, where Harteg planned programs and communicated child progress, as well as serving as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Kids Country Learning Center, focusing on developmentally appropriate activities and guiding staff. Harteg is pursuing education at the University of Washington Bothell, with prior studies at Whitman College.
