Luke Visconti is the Chairman and Founder of Fair360 and DiversityInc, with extensive experience in executive leadership and board governance. Luke serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at New Jersey City University and holds emeritus positions on the boards of the Rutgers University Foundation and the National Organization on Disability. Previous roles include Special Assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations for Diversity and Talent Development in the United States Navy and a term as a trustee at Bennett College For Women. Luke Visconti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rutgers University between 1977 and 1982.
