Nilambar (Neel) Bhuinya is an experienced facilitator and social compliance auditor with a comprehensive background in improving working conditions within global supply chains. Currently serving as a facilitator for the WE program, Nilambar also lends expertise as an honorary associate auditor for the Fair Wear Foundation and as co-founder and director of Paradigm Shift Global, specializing in social dialogue and impact assessments. Previous roles include independent facilitator for Tchibo and lead compliance auditor for WethicA, alongside significant contributions to the Grassroots Business Fund and the Direct Initiative for Social and Health Action (DISHA). Nilambar's academic qualifications include postgraduate degrees in Computer Science and Social Work, along with certifications in various international standards and quality management systems.
