Md. Ashfike Khalaque is an experienced professional with a strong background in program coordination and project management focused on social inclusion and women's empowerment. Currently serving as the Program Coordinator for Bangladesh at Fair Wear Foundation, Md. Ashfike leads the implementation of country programs and processes related to factory audits and training. Prior roles include Project Coordinator for Gender Justice and Social Inclusion at Oxfam, and National Consultant for women's Economic empowerment at UN Women, where responsibilities included resource mapping, strategy development, and project monitoring. Md. Ashfike's extensive experience also encompasses positions at iDE and CARE Bangladesh, emphasizing field management, private sector engagement, and capacity building. Md.
