Spencer Shadel currently serves as Technical Lead at Fair Trade USA, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Spencer was the I.T. Application DevOps Manager at the Hospital for Special Surgery from June 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading the technical aspects of the "MyHSS" patient portal and managing Epic testing processes. Prior experience includes roles as Application Test Lead and Manual Tester at Nemaris, Inc., and Quality Assurance at Epic, from June 2013 to May 2017. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from Miami University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
