Matt Walley is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations (Tech) at FTO since January 2024, where responsibilities also include the role of Associate Director of Quality Analysis and Process Improvement. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Director of Optimization at Guideway Care for a brief period, focusing on workforce management, client volume trends, and call center KPI optimization. As Operations Consultant at Retired Rides, contributions included managing the operations function of a startup in the car restoration industry, enhancing performance through strategic planning. Matt's tenure at Meazure Learning as Director of Operations and Support Services involved overseeing three operational departments and supporting C-suite leaders with essential reports. Previously, Matt was involved with ProctorU, first as Customer Experience Manager and then as Global Operations Manager, where achievements included directing support teams and maintaining service levels. Educationally, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earned in May 2016.
