Dr. Rui Dionisio serves as the Superintendent of Schools for Fair Lawn Public Schools since November 2023, with prior experience as Superintendent for Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District and Verona Public Schools. Dr. Dionisio has a proven record of enhancing school culture, curriculum development, and community engagement, successfully increasing Advanced Placement participation and student achievement across various districts. An advocate for mental health initiatives and effective communication strategies, Dr. Dionisio has developed substantial professional development programs and coordinated significant budgetary resources. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University, a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard University, and a Master's in Educational Administration from Montclair State University.
