Kait Pararas is a digital strategy and marketing professional currently serving as the Digital Strategy Manager at Fair Labor Association since July 2023, following a role as Digital and Social Media Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Digital Marketing Associate at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth from June 2021 to July 2023, and program management roles at the National Whistleblower Center from May 2019 to June 2021. Kait has also held positions at PublicRelay, the UVA Initiative on Religion, Politics, and Conflict, Miller Center of Public Affairs, and the U.S. Department of State, along with earlier experience as an Event Assistant and Cashier at the University of Virginia. Kait holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Affairs with Politics Honors from the University of Virginia and graduated from Maggie L. Walker Governor's School for Government and International Studies in 2012.
