Denise Dean has been with Fair Haven Community Health Care since September 2002, where Denise currently serves as the Person Centered Care Manager. Denise also works as a Behavioral Health Patient Navigator, coordinating activities for the behavioral health team. Additionally, Denise is involved in Deana's Educational Theater as a Performer/Educator. Denise obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Regis College.
