Vice President Of People & Culture at Fair Food Network

Kellie Boyd, MBA, SPHR, PHR, LPC has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Kellie currently holds the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Fair Food Network since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Double Up Food Bucks Michigan at the same organization from January 2018 to August 2022.

Before joining Fair Food Network, Kellie worked at First Children's Finance as the Michigan Director from August 2016 to January 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Program Officer at the Detroit Area Agency on Aging from September 2015 to August 2016. In this capacity, they provided leadership and direction for various programs focused on older adults and people with disabilities.

Kellie's experience also includes serving as the Executive Director at Disability Network Oakland & Macomb from November 2006 to September 2015. Additionally, they held the position of Residential Program Manager at Guiding Harbor from October 2001 to November 2006.

Throughout their career, Kellie has demonstrated their expertise in program management, strategic leadership, and employee development. Their work in various organizations reflects their commitment to improving the lives of individuals in need and implementing effective operational strategies.

Kellie Boyd holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Community Agency Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. Kellie also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. In terms of certifications, Kellie earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in September 2022. Kellie also holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021. Kellie further acquired a Certificate in Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in May 2020. In addition to these certifications, they are a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI since December 2010. Furthermore, Kellie is licensed as a Professional Counselor and Social Worker by the State of Michigan.
