Adrián Padilla Carricondo is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UI and product design, currently serving as a Senior UI Designer at Fail Fast Studio and a Design System Designer at CaixaBank Digital Business. Since 2018, Adrián has also worked as a freelance UI/UX designer, and previously held positions at 14 as a Product Designer for SEAT | CUPRA, Movetia as a Design System Designer, and 12 Pulgadas as Head of Ecommerce. Adrián's background includes a mix of roles in administrative support and e-commerce management, showcasing a strong foundation in content strategy and user-focused design across various industries. Academically, Adrián completed UX/UI design at NEOLAND, pursued studies at BAU, Centre Universitari d'Arts i Disseny, and holds an architectural degree from the Universidad de Sevilla, along with proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge.
