Amaia Iparragirre Urretabizkaia is a professional with a strong background in human resources and personnel management. Currently serving as a Técnico de Personas and Gestora Administración de Personal at Fagor Electronica since October 2020, Amaia previously worked at TUBACEX from October 2017 to June 2020, focusing on human resources at Tubacex Awaji Thailand and managing training and development programs. Amaia's career also includes experience as a Consultora de RRHH at Randstad in early 2017. Academically, Amaia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Deusto, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas UPNA, obtained in 2017. Additionally, Amaia has pursued language education at EF Executive Language Institute from 2008 to 2010.
