Sydney Kaufman, MS RD CSO CDN, serves as a Senior Clinical Dietitian at Faeth Therapeutics since July 2021, after previously working as a Clinical Dietitian at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from July 2016 to July 2021. Sydney has also held the position of Adjunct Professor at The College of New Rochelle and completed an accredited Dietetic Internship at New York University, leading to immediate employment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Earlier experience includes roles in nutrition media and research with various organizations, including Womans Day Magazine and Hearst Magazines. Sydney holds a Master's Degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition from New York University, a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Informatics from Kent State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from Binghamton University.
