Agatha Molchanov is a skilled UX Designer at AMDesigns since February 2024, specializing in translating client ideas into high-fidelity mockups through a comprehensive design process. Prior experience includes a Therapeutic Nursery Intern role at Children's Crisis Treatment Center, where Agatha implemented therapeutic curriculum for children with behavioral challenges and analyzed therapy progress data. As a Research Assistant for Temple University, Agatha supported the Crossroads study on the Juvenile Justice System, conducting interviews and maintaining database records. Agatha holds a UX Design certificate from BrainStation (November 2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University (2018 - December 2022).
