Elkhansaa Medjber is a Junior Project Manager at FADERCO since February 2022, and also serves as a Podcaster for elPerspective since April 2022. Previously, Elkhansaa worked as a Project Developer at Win adventS Agency from May 2021 to January 2023, and as a Project Manager at SYLABS from April 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included implementing the TATWEER project in collaboration with UNICEF Algeria to promote human-centered design and entrepreneurship among youth. Elkhansaa's experience also includes roles as Program Coordinator and Event Organizer at SYLABS, focusing on education and entrepreneurship, and co-founding Pathosps from January 2017 to January 2021. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Boumerdes, completed in 2020.
