Tom Nixon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government and economic strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Government Practice at Faculty since August 2019, Tom previously held significant roles including Head of Strategy at the Department for Education from July 2016 to August 2019, and Senior Adviser in the No10 Policy Unit at 10 Downing Street from July 2013 to July 2016. Tom's earlier career includes leadership in budget setting and financial policy at the Department of Health and Social Care and various economist roles, alongside an economic analyst position at Ernst & Young. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London.
