Montana's expertise extends to supporting startups and small businesses with workplace and HR needs through Office-ly, and previously held significant roles at Fable Data, DataRobot, Cloudflare, Duo Security, and Yelp, where responsibilities ranged from culture and people management to facilities and operations oversight across various regions.
