Larissa Vega-Blom is an accomplished project manager and consultant with extensive experience in social services and project implementation. Currently serving as Projectmanager implementatie Normenkader Begeleiding at Factum Advies since January 2020, Larissa has also held roles such as Consulent Wmo for various municipalities, including Gemeente Renswoude, Gemeente Zoetermeer, and others. Prior to this, Larissa worked at JS Consultancy, contributing as a Consulent Wmo in multiple local government positions, and previously at Sherpa as Begeleider D. Larissa holds a degree in Maatschappelijk werk en dienstverlening from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a vocational degree in Sociaal Pedagogisch Werker from ROC ASA Amersfoort, supplemented by NLP Practitioner training from Sluis NLP Instituut.
