Els Halm has a strong background in youth advisory services and psychology. Currently working as an Adviseur Jeugd at Factum Advies since October 2017, Els focuses on providing specialist advice within the frameworks of the Wmo and Jeugdwet. Previous experience includes serving as Vestigingsmanager at Maltha Studiecoaching from June 2015 to July 2017, and as a Psycholoog i.o. at Scholengemeenschap Winkler Prins for a brief period in 2013. Els holds a Master of Science in Ontwikkelingspsychologie from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Psychologie from the same institution, complemented by an atheneum diploma from Thorbecke Scholengemeenschap te Zwolle.
