Jessica Frichtel has a diverse professional background with experience in client service and coordination. Currently serving as a Client Service Representative at Factual Data since June 2020, Jessica previously held the role of Coordinator at Compression Management Services, Inc. in 2020. Additionally, Jessica worked at Jesse & Frichtel Dental Lab from June 2013 to December 2019, where responsibilities included Customer Service Representative and seasonal Logistics Assistant roles. Academically, Jessica Frichtel earned a Master’s degree in Public/Applied History from Southern New Hampshire University between 2019 and 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, Political Science, English, and Creative Writing from Ashland University, completed in 2017.
