Michael Stubbs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and corporate communications within the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Operations at FiscalNote since 2013, Michael Stubbs has played a pivotal role in driving business strategy and managing day-to-day operations, collaborating with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. Previous positions at FiscalNote include Vice President of Operations and Interim Head of Client Support & Implementation, where responsibilities encompassed facilities management, corporate IT, and overseeing client support integration post-acquisition. Earlier in their career, Michael Stubbs held various roles in education, including American Studies Teacher and Operations Manager at The Bullis School, where leadership extended to cross-curricular coordination and athletic coaching.
