Kate Stepp is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at FactSet. Previously, Kate held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Product and Research & Advisory Solutions, as well as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Engineering for Research Solutions at FactSet. Early career experience includes roles as an Information Management Intern at i-Squared and an IT Consulting Intern at Deloitte Consulting. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 2008, and graduated from Mechanicsburg High School in 2004.
