Amitav Paul is a Senior Software Engineer at FactSet, where responsibilities include debugging, optimizing, designing, and developing Portfolio Analytics products since June 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Aide at The Research Foundation for SUNY, focusing on security vulnerabilities in Android APIs, and as a Summer Research Intern at CA Technologies, working on method interception technology in Android. Amitav served as a Lecturer at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, teaching various undergraduate computer science courses and managing departmental activities as Coordinator of the Computer Science and Engineering department. Amitav holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and two degrees from Visva-Bharati: a Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
