Simon Russell is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in IT leadership and strategic consultancy across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Factotum since March 2022, Simon provides operational support and guidance in Information Technology and Cyber Security. In parallel, as Lead Technical Architect at Cadence Innova since May 2021, Simon is involved in a significant Health Reform programme for a Public Sector client, focusing on technology enablement. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at R3 IT Services, where Simon led IT services for business owners, and IT Consultant with an NHS Board, specializing in cloud adoption. Simon's diverse background encompasses numerous positions in technology architecture, solutions design, and organizational transformation within both public and private sectors, underpinned by a BA Hons in Sports Management from De Montfort University.
