Jeancarlo Canepa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Técnico en gestión comercial y marketing at Ites Media. Jeancarlo then moved on to Carburos Metálicos in 2016, where they held a role in marketing and communication. Later in 2016, they joined Cabify as a Lead Generator, responsible for generating leads and organizing corporate meetings. In 2018, they joined Factorial, starting as a Sales Development Representative and progressing to roles such as Sales Team Leader and Account Manager. Jeancarlo eventually became the Head of Customer Experience. In 2021, they became the Global Manager of Account Management at Factorial. Overall, Jeancarlo Canepa has gained experience in customer experience, account management, sales, marketing, and communication throughout their career.
Jeancarlo Canepa completed a Grado Universitario en Marketing at Escola Università ria Mediterrani from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Técnico superior de Marketing y Comercio from STUCOM Centre d'Estudis in 2011-2012. Jeancarlo also completed a course in Auxiliar administrativo at STUCOM Centre d'Estudis in 2010-2011.
