John Aylworth is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the biotech and healthcare sectors. As the Founder and Chairman of Xytogen Biotech Inc. since February 2015, John has focused on human stem cell research aimed at developing burn and wound care therapies. Simultaneously, as Chief Executive Officer of FactorFive Skincare, John utilizes the regenerative properties of human stem cells to enhance skin remodeling and rejuvenation. Prior experience includes serving as Territory Sales Manager at MAKO Surgical Corp., where John was recognized for consistent top performance and leadership in sales, and as a Sales Consultant at Synthes, achieving notable sales milestones. Currently, John is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Global Leadership with a focus on Stem Cells at Pepperdine University, complementing an MBA in Business and Entrepreneurship from California State University, Chico.
