Aniruddh Nagodra is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and HR sectors. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of factoHR, a global talent management platform, Aniruddh has significantly contributed to its growth since its inception in April 2016, while also holding the position of Investor at MoneyOnApp since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Aniruddh was the Co-Founder and CEO of Version Systems Pvt. Ltd., where leadership skills were honed from July 2005 to April 2016. Aniruddh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Saurashtra University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
