Jay Meier has a diverse work experience in various management and analytical roles. In 2021, they became the Senior Vice President of North American Operations at FaceTec, Inc. Prior to this, from 2007 to present, they founded and served as the Managing Partner of Sage Capital Advisors, LLC, offering consulting and advisory services to corporate clients and asset managers. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Vice President of Corporate Development at BIO-key International, Inc., where they developed and executed a new corporate strategy. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of SVP Business Development, Finance & Investor Relations at OTI America, where they cultivated strategic partnerships and improved shareholder relations. Jay also worked at Feltl and Company as a Senior Research Analyst from 2008 to 2010, and at Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard Capital Markets as a Senior Research Analyst from 2001 to 2006. Jay consistently achieved outstanding performance in their roles and has expertise in areas such as cryptography, credentialing, identification, and biometrics.

Jay Meier has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2019, they obtained a Mini-MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Jay also holds a Series 86 & 87 certification from FINRA, which they obtained in 2002.
