Matt Spellacy, PE, is a skilled civil engineer and project manager with extensive experience in wastewater treatment, civil engineering design, and project execution. Currently serving as Project Manager and Civil Engineer at Facet since July 2020, Matt previously held the role of Civil Engineer Project Manager at Red Barn Engineering, Inc. for a brief period before the company's projects were halted due to COVID restrictions.
