Florian Sonnenburg has a solid work experience as a senior web developer, project lead, and web developer. Starting in 2002, they worked as a student worker and web developer at Pepperzak Multimedia GmbH until 2010. Later, they joined ICANS GmbH as a senior web developer and project lead from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a senior web developer at Hamburg Community Experiences (HCE) GmbH. Since 2015, Florian has been employed at Facelift brand building technologies GmbH as a senior web developer.

Florian Sonnenburg completed their education at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2003. Florian obtained a degree in Medientechnik, specifically a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH). Additionally, in January 2012, they obtained a certification as a Zend Certified PHP Engineer from Zend Technologies.
