May Andaya has cultivated a diverse career in marketing and workforce management. Currently serving as a Facebook Ads Strategist at Facebook Advertising since September 2020, May simultaneously operates as a Social Media Specialist and Virtual Assistant in freelance marketing and creative services since November 2019. Additionally, May has extensive experience at TTEC, where roles have included Workforce Planning Analyst, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Realtime Analyst, and Technical Support Specialist, beginning in November 2008. May holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Antique, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
