Huang Welter has over 17 years of work experience in various industries. Huang began their career in 2003 as an Associate Researcher at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). In 2007, they moved to ProMOS Technologies Inc. as a Sr. Integration Engineer. In 2009, they became an Operations Manager at BASF. In 2011, they took on the role of Sales Manager at Praxair. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Senior Manager of Taiwan Sales and Marketing at Fabworx Solutions, Inc.

Huang Welter received a Bachelor's degree in Material Science & Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2000, and a Master's degree in the same field from the same university in 2002.
