Oleksii Strashko has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Oleksii is currently working as the CTO at Fabriq since March 2018. Prior to that, they co-founded WebRiders in January 2010 and held a leadership position there. From October 2008 to February 2010, they worked as a Project Manager at NCube. Before that, from 2003 to 2008, they worked at Negeso in various roles including Business Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader, and Java Developer. Oleksii began their career as a Programmer at Abrisola in 2000 and worked there until 2002.

Oleksii Strashko obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' during the period of 1996 to 2002.
