Matt Colache is currently serving as the Director of Operations at FabTech-IGM since September 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held several key positions at Light & Wonder from November 2000 to September 2023, including Vice President of North American Gaming Service, where responsibilities expanded to overseeing the deployment and support of approximately 52,000 gaming assets generating around $650 million in revenue. As Senior Director of Technical Operations, Matt managed the technical operations for the Gaming Operations business, contributing to revenue of about $500 million. The leadership experience includes a focus on business process improvement, customer service, and regional field service management, alongside notable contributions such as the implementation of an eLearning system and enhancements to operational efficiency. Matt is a graduate of the University of Phoenix.
