Jayant Nayar has held various roles in the e-commerce industry since 2013. In 2013, they were a Winter Intern at International Tractors Limited. In 2015, they were the Head of e-commerce and performance marketing at Livpure Private Limited, as well as a Design Intern at Schneider Electric. In 2018, they were a Category Manager for Large Appliances at Flipkart. In 2019, they were a Consultant for e-commerce and private equity at a confidential company. In 2020, they were a Vendor Manager for Beauty at Amazon Fresh + Pantry. In 2021, they were a Category Head for Toys at Amazon. Currently, they are the Business Head at FS Life (previously FableStreet).

Jayant Nayar received their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Renewable Energy from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Sanskriti School from 2000 to 2011.
